A non-refundable check deposit in the amount of $75 will be required to hold your party date. The deposit will go towards the cost of your party which will be paid in full on the day of your party.
A $75 check deposit will reserve the date. We will confirm receipt of payment via phone and email and place your party on our reserved calendar. Then, the remainder of the party balance will be paid in it's entirety the day of the party event. We accept all major credit cards and cash of course.
Most of our parties are designed for kids ages 4-10. Many of our supplies and crafts contain small items that are not appropriate for kids under 3. We ask that there will be 1:1 supervision for all children under 3 years old.
All parties can take place at your home or predetermined destinations. Other ideas may include churches, halls, community centers, party rooms, etc.
We will arrive 45 mins-1 hour before the party begins to set up. We will stay for about 30-45 minutes to clean up after the party is over.
Please remain with the children for the entirety of the party. Please provide head count 5 days before party. You will have to provide a safe, clean, and smoke free environment for TPSH to set up children's tables/chairs and to provide costumes, games, dancing and music. We clean up all of our goods and do the general cleaning. We do not provide vacuuming, sweeping or deep cleaning.
Girls should wear leotards or a bathing suit under their normal clothes (for easy changing) for fairy, princess and cheerleading parties. For diva parties, a t-shirt and leggings work out the best. Boys should wear comfortable clothes that costumes can be slipped over easily.
Absolutely!!!! Please give us a rough estimate of how many boys/girls so that we can plan accordingly.
Our party packages are based on 12 guests. The guest of honor is FREE. A fee of $12 per guest over 12 guests will be charged. We can accommodate up to 24 kids. TPSH will come with an assistant or junior assistant if needed.
Our parties are based on a schedule. Please remind your guests to be on time. If a guest shall arrive late, she/he will join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
5 days before the event. The final bill is based on this head count. You are responsible for final payment of this number even if the number at the party is less. We take a lot of time to prepare and plan your event. In the case of an extra guest showing up, we will do our best to accommodate. Your final bill will reflect the increase in number of guests.
Yes. We will need ample space to park our vehicle and trailer to the main entrance of your location. For houses, please provide enough space in driveway in which we will not be blocked in. TPSH will need to be reimbursed for any parking fees/valet fees. Please provide parking information prior to the date of event.
The deposit is non-refundable. However, we completely understand life's emergencies. We will reschedule for a future date.
We will do everything we can to make it to your party. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that will require us to postpone your event. If no date can be agreed upon, a refund in the full deposit amount will be given.
Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless The Party Stops Here, its agents and assistants from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer's guests, or other persons attending party. You, as the Client, also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction or illness stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, makeup or any activity taken place before, during or after the party. By placing your deposit, customer agrees to allow TPSH to use photos of the customer and the customer's child, who may be under 18 years of age in any advertising, website, and other types of media.
It is your responsibility to check with guests for any food or other allergies and to inform us of these concerns at least 5 days before the party. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate then either you or child's parent should provide alternative refreshments for child. We do NOT use any nuts in the ingredients in our foods, but we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts where the food is prepared.
